APPEALS COURT RESTORES $20B IN CLIMATE FUNDS

A federal appeals court ruled the Trump EPA illegally canceled $20 billion in climate funding. Climate nonprofits can now access their frozen accounts at Citibank more than a year after the EPA's order.
