DELL, HP SHARES FALL ON NVIDIA TAKEOVER DENIAL

Dell and HP shares dropped about 3% after hours Monday following Nvidia's denial of a report claiming the chip maker had spent over a year negotiating to acquire a major PC manufacturer.
