DOJ OVERSEES OPENAI'S GREEN CARD SPONSORSHIPS

Trump's Department of Justice has gained oversight of OpenAI's employee visa and permanent residency sponsorships. The DOJ alleged that OpenAI failed to make meaningful efforts to hire U.S. citizens before sponsoring visa holders for green cards.
