EU COMMISSION TO PROPOSE KIDS ACT WITH AGE LIMITS

The European Commission will propose an EU KIDS Act on Thursday that would set minimum age requirements for accessing social media, video platforms, games, and similar services. The new legislation would establish a fresh enforcement structure modeled on existing EU regulatory frameworks.
