IBM ACQUIRES HRL LABS FROM BOEING AND GM

IBM has agreed to acquire HRL Laboratories, a quantum computing research facility jointly owned by Boeing and General Motors. The deal aims to integrate HRL's electron spin quantum circuits into IBM's quantum computing systems.
