JUDGE FINDS TIKTOK LIABLE FOR SAFETY VIOLATIONS

A U.S. District Judge has ruled that TikTok is liable for misrepresenting its safety standards and exposing minors to inappropriate content in a lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. The case now moves to trial to determine damages and penalties.
