NASA SPOTS RARE MOON CRATER FROM CENTURY-SCALE IMPACT

NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter has identified a 728-foot-wide impact crater on the moon's surface. Impacts of this magnitude occur approximately once every 100 years.
