SOUTH KOREA TO EXPAND CHIP OUTPUT BY 600K WAFERS BY 2028

South Korea's monthly memory chip production is projected to grow by approximately 600,000 wafers by 2028, according to the Bank of Korea. The expansion will significantly widen the country's competitive advantage over China's CXMT, which is expected to add only 300,000 wafers monthly.
