STREAMBED: POSTGRES TO ICEBERG DATA PIPELINE

Streambed, a new open-source tool, enables real-time streaming of PostgreSQL databases to Apache Iceberg tables on S3. The project supports Postgres Wire protocol for direct compatibility.
